The Mini Pipe Adapter and Flat Mount is designed for installation on a pipe or flat surface in a stationary installation. The Mini Pipe Adapter and Flat Mount can replace the pipe adapter from the Mini Kit in case of damage or if you need an extra pipe mount outside of your permanent installation.
