We currently offer shipping to customers within the US with the option to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders typically undergo processing within 1 business day from the time the order is placed, but some products may take up to 7 business days. In rare cases it may take longer. Please make sure to read the product description prior to placing the order. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to your needs:

  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days. 
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-4 business days.
  • International Shipping: Shipping to destinations outside our domestic service area, with delivery times varying by location.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the shipping method chosen, the destination, and the weight/size of the items in your order. You can calculate your shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

5. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. If you have an account with us, you can also log in to track your order's progress.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, there might be instances where shipping delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, customs clearance, or courier service disruptions. 8. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided.

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations. We will make every effort to inform you of these restrictions during the checkout process, and we reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with these regulations.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund.

11. Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned in the same condition that it was sent to you to receive a full refund. A $10 restocking fee applies and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. After the 14 day period, all sales are final and are not eligible for a refund.
